Brain or neurons related I think
I am suddenly feeling like I will fell down sometimes while walking and every time I am going to sleep I am feeling like my room is revolving around my head even I turn to a side while I am sleeping from the past 3 days .if you think it is due to lack of sleep .i will sleep nearly 7 to 9 hours daily approximately.can u please tell me what kind of problem this is .i am really getting nervous .

Hi I am Dr Anis here. Your problem is related with Internal ear. This kind of dizziness is observed when there is Vestibulo cochlear nerve weakness. Kindly get check up for ear and appropriate medicine can be given. Then it will be OK.
