Hello doctors, My name is Amandeep Singh and my age is 17 and I am a class 12th student. My problem is that I am confused about my diet for exams. Can anyone suggest me a good deit or brain boosting medicines for brain boosting or memory or concentration. And is eating chicken sandwich or chicken burger is good for memory or concentration or brain ? Is it slow down memory or concentration ? Please suggest me

Ur question is quite relevant to this tech era.Now internet in our hand and we are always search things which we dont know.But to improve memory u have to practice properly on daily basis,read ur topics on proper manner not haphazardly. Then u have write it down what u read for recall and store. Make a routine for ur reading time.Take 5 minutes break after every 40 minutes of continues reading.In this 5 minutes just close ur eyes and give ur brain rest.
Next Steps
eat easily digestable foods. eat fruits ,vegetables, less oliy chicken etc. avoid too much rich oily food,fried food,fastfood etc.
Health Tips
for overall health 1.sleep 8 hrs at night. 2.avoid too much social media. 3.avoid too much use of mobile pc laptop. 4.avoid mobile pc 1hr before sleep. 5.before sleep may hear good music,or read a good book or  can watch a good movie. 6.workout daily or regular morning walk or join gym. 7.Share ur thoughts with ur parents or good friends. 8.Concentrate on ur work,study,passion, hobby. 9.Maintain proper diet. 10.Take proper protein supplement and some time multivitamines.
