My wife is currently 23 weeks pregnant and she is diagnosed with prominent small bowel loop, pls advise if dis is harmful r common r easily treatable

Prominent small bowel can indicate genetic anomalies like Down's syndrome. However, if this is the only thing mentioned with no other abnormalities, it is insignificant. Get a detailed anomaly scan done. Prominent bowel alone is not a cause for worry
