Both knees pain
I twisted my right knee while playing badminton.I had swelling for few days. now the swelling is gone ifeel very painful while climbing up or going down stairs. My knee cant take sudden jerk and i cant jump even small heights due to fear of twisting my knee as it got twisted many times before. what is the solution?

You must consult an Orthopaedic Surgeon who will get an MRI of the knee.
Further treatment may be :
- physiotherapy
