Both eyes get scratches for no reason
Every 3 months the cornea gets scratch and cannot open my eyes at all. Tears doesnt stop and sharp pain presest in the eye.
Doctors dont believe that I didnt scratch it by myself and I honestly dont do it. The issue is that both eyes gets big sctaches and this time the doctor told that the sctach is deep.

please take vit A cap for at least 1month.put panthagel eye gel twice daily and a lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop for one month.

Sounds like what's known as recurrent corneal abrasion.
Use any eye lubricant ointment liberally at bedtime for at least 2 months.
