According to the report it is an restrictive VSD, which actually can close on its own with growth of the child. Only large VHD‘s do not close and require intervention either device or surgical closure. This VSD seems already near closing and it is a good sign that it may not require any intervention. This needs a close monitoring as advised by the paediatric cardiologist and with time this might improve.
