Worried about my Hb level.
my Hb level is 17.2
pcv 52 %
total RBC count 5.73million
total RBC 8200 cells/cu.mm.
ESR 1/2 hr 2mm.
1 hr 4mm.
I'm really very much concerned about my Hb level doctor. i have done epo test. my epo level is 8.7.
what should I have to do doc pls help.
i have mild giddiness past two days. I'm not sure why, i travels 8 hrs journey in car.

In India this is a very good level, not border line.
Epo is also within normal limits.
So please consult a
Genral PHYSICIAN MD.
Add beetroot spinach tomato to crush add salt or sugar accordingto taste. It's very good. You can add in salad also. POMGRANATE one per day is also benificial,green vegetable, tomato soup all r benificial.ok.
