Bones & Joints Pain, Fatigue

Asked for Male, 33 Years

I am finding difficult to concentrate, getting tired easily have joint & back pain and get my head little heavy sometimes. I gained 17kgs in last 3 years. Sometimes I also have feel my heart breathing little faster. I got some tests done and want to know what these symptoms might be of. My Vitamin D3 was reading 12.3 and uric acid 7.8. Hbac1 & CBC look great. Shall I do some more tests. Who should I see? An orthopaedic or general physician or someone else to understand my conditions and find a solution. Regards, Mayank
