I've been seeing this for a couple of days. It scabbed and burst but came back. It's also reddish and stings

Hi ! Thanks for your query. You could be having some form of bacterial infection. Apply a good antiseptic cream containing fucidic acid or mupirocin. Do not use excessive hot water for cleaning the area. Hope this helps.
