Body weakness
I have been feeling very weak slight vomiting sensation slight stomach burning, loose motions . my hb count is9.5 % heaviness in the head, i was told that dehydration was the cause i was given saline through i v. right now i am taking iron tablets i have slight BP and thyroid. but this weakness is occurring frequently plz suggest what i should do

Hello, you r having lot of PROBLEM n it's hot so keep yourself hydreyted which is the most important thing. Plenty of liquids like nimupani coconut water mosambi juice butter milk etc.gives u energy, low salt, low fat diet, avoid spicy fried greasy junk food or food from outside.light semiliquid diet to be divided in small parts n consumed in four parts at regular intervals. Bo to monitor Eye check-up. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS n TREATMENT GIVEN BY TREATING DOCTOR.ok.

I would advise you to have ORS solution for the next 3 days so that the diarrhea and dehydration can come under control as you may feel even more tired due to the dehydration. The low levels of hemoglobin is suggestive of anemia which would also explain the feeling of weakness. I would advise you to follow the following lifestyle changes which may be of help: - Increase the intake of iron-rich foods (eggs, spinach, artichokes, beans, lean meats, and seafood) and foods rich in cofactors (such as vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin B12, and vitamin C) important for maintaining normal hemoglobin levels, such foods include fish, vegetables, nuts, cereals, peas, and citrus fruits. - Don't skip meals, you may not feel like eating but in such conditions you should have the reduced amount in frequent intervals(i.e. 3 square meals broken down to 5 or 6 as you can tolerate) and slowly increase as you get better. - Reduce/ Avoid spicy,fried, fatty, junk and oily food - Exercise regularly - Increase daily intake of water to 3liters - Reduce stress through methods such as yoga/meditation.
