Body temperature always heating

Sir, Last jan-18, I was settle in bangalore... But now always my body is hitting.. Like fever but normally I am not felt like fever but some time I was feeling very lazy, tired, sick etc... That's why I can't conserntrate on my daily work n in office also... Please help me
