  4. Body temperature 94. 5. Any problem?

Body temperature 94.5
My 2 years old daughter under arecm thermometer show 94.5 and rectal temperature of thermometer is 97.7. Also hand and feet is cold than body. Room temperature also normal. Is there any problem?
