Body Rashes since today
Having fever since Thursday. Red rashes like as in measles all over face and neck and stomach since morning.blood test result normal except PCV is 36 percent. Rest everything else is in the range but towards lower side.doctor prescribed calpol and allegra 120MG.Please suggest if I am taking right medicine and if its a normal viral fever rash.

Hi there.. I can understand your concern.. fever with rashes could be caused by many viral infections like measles, chicken pox, rubella, parvovirus or due to bacterial infections like meningococcal infection or could be due to allergy to some medications taken for fever.. each cause have specific rash associated with it.. cause could be found by examining the rash.. not al rashes are measles, chicken pox.. continue the medications and if it's not reducing then consult your physician they will do the needful..
