I have vaccinated on Saturday 11:33 am ,now it has been 2 days and 5 hours now I am having body pains can I take dolo 650 or suggest any other tablets

You can add tab naproxen 500mg twice a day in addition to dolo 650. It will definitely subside. Best wishes.
