Body pain.
My body is paining heavyly .one day I played badtmiton the pain occurs on legs,thy,and full hand and the pain last for arround 3days I don't know how to overcome this.i played it for only one day iam very weak, I feel depressed also pls tell me to overcome this and tell me how to overcome depression

Hello !!!! Don’t take stress!!!! There is no reason to depress here so come our of it.... it’s common to feel pain while playing games!!! So do few stretches before playing game it will help u !!! Drink lots of fluids and take ORSL in order to prevent dehydration and heatstroke. Thankyou
