Body pain and chilling since 3 days
I have body pain and chilling since 3 days.
When I took paracetamol I become good. But after few hours again I feel chilling and bodypain and fever.pls help me what should I do

Need to do some tests, it could be viral fever or covid infection or malaria or dengue or typhoid. Without lab reports, it’s difficult to decide treatment. 1) Your medical condition will require prompt & immediate treatment.
