I'm having this problem from last 1.5 year 1)I feel palpitation..When laying or focused 2)I see my hand and Legs move with each heartbeat...When Sitting palcing my hand on lap.. 3) I get twitching Something 4) I hear my heartbeat on my left Ear when Got very Nervous ... 😔 Plz What can this be

All these symptoms seem to be related to anxiety. Get an ECG and Echo done to rule out organic valvular disease. Also get CBC TSH done. If all above reports are normal then consult a psychiatrist
