Body heat, head ach

Hi, i feel my body has improper temperature. It will always be hot even my head because of which my eyes are always red, i have headachs offen. I don no what actually is the cause of it. Can some one suggest. I often try drinking lemon juice, lassi to reduce the temperature but nothing is working out.
