I am doing exercise in gym from last 15 days my trainer told me take a powder called ' Mega Mass ' with milk daily for body growth, I want to know this is safe or not ?

Hello, I understand your problem, It is a very good decision to workout. And taking mass gainers in a limited amount will be safe such as raking two scoops per serving. But it do have some side effects like hairfall, impotency on taking large doses and also you need to continue your workout. Untill you workout your body will be in shape out and if you stop in between there with derangements in your acquired body shape. Thank you
