Body gets heat quickly
Hello doctor's. I am Narayanan
My body is getting very heat and when someone touches my body it is very hot like fever but my body temperature is normal only and due to this i am having pimples problem .since i am having asthma problem i am not able to take chill food items so pls give a solution for my problem

hello..
few ppl hve high basal metabolic rate due to which dey feel dat body has lot of heat...nothin to worry about it...its a normal phenomenon...pimples might be due to dust particles nd clogging of pores too..maintain good hygiene...
drink loads of water...keep urself hydrated dats imp...u can try fruit juices like mausambi..tender coconut water..it shuld help u out
