I regularly go to the gym and before go to gym I eat green gram steamed and after workout I drink milk and breakfast I eat row vegetables and home food like dosa etc with this I eat the steamed green gram for protein. And my question is what are the things I gave importance in my diet what can I eat to become a body builder?

Check creat and urine routine once every 3 to 6 months You can take 1.5 g/day protein

Hi If your renal functions are normal you can consume 1.5-2g per kg body weight of protein. Preferably natural food protein. If you need to supplement a maximum of 25g of whey supplement should be alright.
