Present symptoms : body ache specially muscle thigh muscle pain and fatigue, bloating since 8-9 months Tsh - 7.61 (4 sept) , 2.1(4 oct) 2.17 (8 nov) did not take any thyroid pill, Crp: 2.5 high (8 nov) Anti tg antibody : 154 IU/ML (high) Anti tpo : 7.04 (normal), t3,t4, free t3,free t4, hemoglobin,vit d, vit b12, calcium,KFT,LFT,Sugar, Normal Medication taken : pan 40, colospa, rifaximin, unienzyme, visbiome, gutsium Is muscle pain and fatigue caused by anti tg antibody even if tsh is normal now? Is it because lf digestive issues? Which specialist should i consult..? Is it possible to have hpylori? And hpylori causing all these symptoms?
