Past one month i am having tremendous body ache specially below knee area. There is numbness and pain in knees, calf and feet. Also if i sit down cross legged or with leg backwards then i find it painful and difficult ro get up and walk. Morning time it is more painful.
Please advise if i need to incorporate anything in diet and simple exercise. My weight is 57kgs and height is 5.1"
