Body Aces From Past Three Days - My Son 20 Year Has Diagnosed As

Body aces from past three days

My son 20 year has diagnosed as viral fever on last Saturday after conducting all test including COVID and he is recovering. I am having mild body aces from Saturday evening some time dry throat and mild headache body is feeling warm but no fever. I have Covid in Nov 20 and recovered very well.Pl advice what to do is initial sign of viral or something else.
