Blurry vision
I always feel blur when i look at mobile and then i feel blur seeing at anything . It gets resolve after sometime but is it something to worry

Hello This could be due to dryness or refractive error Try A cold compresses B use lubricating eyedrop frequently like refresh tears Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly consult local Ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done Regards

Please get your refraction done. Is looking at mobile,your profession or passion?if passion  please try to control it. Or you are likely to have computer vision syndrome please use lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily and rub ocupol d's eye oint twice daily on lids

Follow 20.20.formula ie close your eyes for 20seconds after every after every 20minutes.keep proper distance between eyes and screen wash your eyes with freshwater frequently and don't sit facing towards a/c or blowers consume lots of fresh fruit and vegetables .
