  4. Blurry eye. Can this be cured?

Blurry eye
I met with an accident a year before, with head injury. The left side orbital rim bone were broken so it's been reconstructed with titanium mesh. I now see a blurry vision with my left eye and it's sunken inside. Can this be cured?
