TB Meningitis/encephalitis can itself cause loss of vision if it is affecting the visual cortex. Ethambutol used as a part of anti tubercular treatment can also cause toxic optic neuropathy. Consult a neuro-ophthalmologist with all ur reports. If u can visit Surat, Gujarat i might be able to help u.
