I have got spectacles due to Using Mobile Phone too much...I have -0.75 power spectacles. How do I get rid of spectacles? I wanna see clearly without them. I can't see things far away especially in school, I can't see the blackboard clearly. What Remedies should I use?

Lasik is a very good option but it is possible only after age of 18 yrs
