Blured vision and unfocus
Doctor,
From last few days my eyes is suffering from little pain and as when I read or use something over laptop or mobile. My eyes start little paining and I can't focus over things for a long period and another thing is sometimes I get minor blurred vision. Please suggest me something....

This is computer vision syndrome
This is nothing but dryness of cornea
Treatment
1. Blink a lot
2. Cold compresses
3. Use antiglare glasses
4. Take breaks of 5 minutes after every hour of work
5. Use lubricating eyedrop

Hi there...this could be due to refractory error probably long sightedness in your case, astigmatism, presbyopia conjunctivitis. It will require detailed opthalmic examination including vision correction, fundoscopy. So kindly consult a nearby ophthalmologist for further evaluation.
