  4. Blunt abdominal pain. After long time?

Blunt abdominal pain
I got hit by my friend in right lower abdomen just below umbilicus by his elbow while playing..it happened more than 1.5 years but I'm experiencing lower abdominal pain radiating to pelvis it is exactly where I got hit ..what should be my next step? Is there any chance pain arises due to injury after long time?
