Blue ball syndrome, is it what I'm havin

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I prolonged my masturbation without ejaculating, whenever it was near ejaculation I use to stop, I did this for nearly 2 hours. Now I'm having severe pain in pelvis, lower back, testicles. Pain stays for like 4-6 hours, it has happened to me in past, ejaculating after pain brings no relief, instead make situation worse. I had been cured of stone (small 4mm renal calculus) before, could it be stone problem or improper masturbation or something else
