Blood ulcer type in cheek wall formed.

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Today morning when I woke up i feel something in my cheek wall it was kind of ulcer but black on color not sure it is filled with blood or what , please suggest what to do , do i need to check with doctor or wait for some day.
