hello there.
his eosinophil count is markedly raise also absolute eosinophil count is also highly raised.
it usually happens in allergic reactions, parasitic infection etc.
he may be having asthma, hay fever etc.
consult a pulmonologist and a allergy Specialist (immunologist).
