  4. Blood test #INR low value. It is normal?

Blood test #INR low value
Hi, I m pregnant at this moment and it is 10 the week of pregnancy.i had 4 miscarriage in past and it's my 5th pregnancy. doctor told us to get some blood test. Blood test report suggests that # INR value is 1.0 while it suppose to be between 2.0 and 3.5. Doctor didn't give any special attention to it but I am worried.Please let me know if it is normal?
