Blood spots
Hi, I am a smoker and have quit 2 to 3 days back after seeing some blood spots when I cough hardly in the morning and not usually and there is no fever. I have no plans to smoke again. However I need assistance if this is a serious cause.

Sure. First step is not to worry. Half your problem will be over if you stop worrying.2nd of all you need to get your throat checked if the bleeding persists. You can have an endoscopy or an opinion from a nearby ent. Then you may visit me if you want so that I may give you herbal medication for some days
