You may have that infection on lower limb.
When you lie down the fluid will be drained easily towards heart. So no pain.
When you stand up the fluid collection may be more due to gravity and the pain is more because of the pressure.
You can have an appropriate antibiotic after consulting a physician.

Don’t try to open and drain it unless it’s healed and pus is formed.
