Sir ,my age is 38,ht 5'9",wt 99 kg,and from last 2 months is used to check my bp forevery 15 days it's normal only,but recently my bp found 140/90 on November 1 st and next day. 140/100 ,140/100 continued for 3 days and then come. down to 140/90 for 7days ,now on 8th day it is 140/90, after 7 days it comes down to 130/90 for 15 days,now from last 1 week it's reading are from from 130 systalic averagely and dualistic varies between. 90 to 97 till today , all my blood reports are normal ,no sugar ,liver,CBC is normal,but I had anxiety ,sleeping getting sufficiently ,sir pls suggest and help me ,I don't want to take medicine in this age,i will take alcohol thrice a week,pls suggest,I had to take tabs immediately??? pls suggest

Though nobody knows the reason of high bp,sometimes it may show ,an allergy to alcohol,in the form ,of high bp.it is ,what i have,obsarved,in my clinical practice.pl.try and experience.
