Hi, needs a regular follow up, probably weekly sometime every 3 rd day. BP may shoot up any time, swelling may increase,it may lead to a severe preeclampsia and imminent eclampsia( headache, pain in the upper abdomen, vomitting, blurring of vision) and in uncontrolled patients, can have an eclampsia( high BP with convulsion).Baby may not grow specillay in weight in view of less blood supply to the baby. Imminent eclampsia and eclampsia are rare in a regular follow up patients.Needs regular follow up with gynecologist, needs repeated scans, fetal movement count chart and delivery as soon as the baby matures or atleast completion of 37 weeks.
