Blood Infection Due to UTI. Uti mess.

Actually, I came to know about it in 2014 when my white blood cells shot up to 18k, even though I did not run a fever or any other symptoms other than having urine burning sensation in my urethra and also had an occasional discharge of cloudy urine either at the beginning or at the last stream of pee. Moreover, my gums got eroded due to this infection. I was put on a two-week normal oral antibiotic course which helped me gain my gums back as well as treating my UTI. However, it recurred after a year or so. Since it's been there and gradually eroding gums as well as causing urinary problems like an occasional burning sensation, cloudy pee and so on. Kindly suggest me any medicine which could detox my blood thereby helping my body recuperate from this UTI mess.
