Hi, You should contact your local physician and get yourself clinically examined and relevant investigations done. It may be due to various causes like infections, trauma, stones or any other renal diseases. You should get a urine routine microscopy, complete blood count, LFT and USG abdomen. Drink plenty of fluids.
