I hv been having headache and runny nose and mild fever since 2days.. I took Sinarest tablet in afternoon yesterday.. I am on tablet Meprate 10mg since 5days .. Today in morning I good blood in stool.. Fresh blood.. I already hv hyperacidity problems but I am taking ganatone total for that.. Is it serious to get blood in stool or it's just because of my body heat.. Please help..
