Blood in stool
I am 30 years old Male with type 2 diabetes from last 7-8 years. Currently taking gemer p1 and glycinorm m40 medicine. From last 1-2 months, I am noticing some amount of blood in my stool. It is around 4-5 drops of it. It doesn't come regular but like an interval of 2 to 3 weeks. From some time I am also feeling my stomach is most of the time full and tight.
I don't know what to do. Please suggest.
