Blood in snot
I have had cold for the past week and it is finally reducing. But today when I blew my nose, there was blood with the snot. I had noticed very little blood twice before this as well. But today, there was more blood than the last two times. Is it something to be worried about? Or could it just be because I was frequently blowing my nose?

It is because of the acute rhinitis. A small inflamed blood vessel must have ruptured from the excessive blowing. Avoid blowing your nose forcefully. Use Saline Nasal Drops. ( Nasoclear nasal drops) for 1 week. (2drops 3 times a day)
