  4. Blood in semen. It? can anyone help me?

I'm 25 years old, last night I had a nightfall and during the nightfall blood came out first time, I have never seem this before. Next day I tried ejaculate by myself again blood came out. I'm not having any pain, urine funtion is normal too. Should I worry about it? Can anyone help me?
