Blood Group compatibility for marriage

Asked for Male, 28 Years

My blood group is B+, and my girlfriend's blood group is O+. Do we have any problem in blood compatibility matching for marriage? Though the fact is we are going to marry, but do we need any medical attention later? Please help.
