Blood from anus after 1st chemotherapy

Asked for Male, 55 Years

Recently diagnoised with stage4 sigmoid colon cancer with metastasis to liver in segment5. Currently undergoing chemotherapy with oxalplatin+capox .after chemotherapy facing frequent urination and loss of apettite and urge to pass stool.Today have observed blood from anus without stool.Before diagnosis of cancer only symptom is mild abdominal pain. Please suggest for anal bleeding and constipation
