I fell off from a bike two months ago i didn't get much injuries but i had a clot it the chin.....i didnt give much attention to it then.....but the clot is still there....how to get rid of it....it looks like a small tumour under my skin....

You will require excision of clot in that case. Meet a general surgeon for opinion and management . Now any topical medication will not work.
