I wish you understand the difference between anticoagulant and a bottle of Maaza or Frooty. We have different types of anticoagulants for different purposes. More than that we have to decide if the clot that we try to disturb , what will it do when it is disturbed. It may not dissolve, and even when it is dissolved it doesn't become useful blood. It becomes मलबा which is more dangerous. So it is a highly technical treatment, not to be practiced by Tele-consultation.
