Blood and clots in stool

I've been experiencing a small amount of bleeding for the past couple months when going to the bathroom and today is the first time that I have experienced clotting and blood in the toilet water.

Hi Madam, you may have developed a piles or may be a colonic polyp. Generally in piles there is fresh bleeding following hard stool. Clots coming means ours coming from proximal colon. You need a scopy
