Test reports mild anisopoikilocytosis with hypocromia microcytes ++few microcytes seen platelets increased thrombocytosis what does it means can is this a emergency my son is only 27 months old. Plz suggest me

Most common cause of this sort of picture is Anemia, due to Iron deficiency. Other less common causes are also there like Thallasemia , infections, etc. Not an emergency.
